New Forklift / Lift Truck Operator Training

new operator is one who does not have over 100 hours of recent experience operating a lift truck (forklift). This course is intended for those needing the training required to meet the basic and knowledge to operate a lift truck safely

The new operator will learn how to operate the machine performing the basic duties for what it was intended to perform under the direct supervision of an instructor. They will gain about 2-3 hours of operating experience on the piece of equipment; demonstrating their ability to operate the equipment in a safe and efficient manner through a series of driving and operating exercises.

Skilled Forklift / Lift Tuck Operator

A skilled operator is one who has at least 100 hours of recent experience operating a lift truck (forklift).

Under the scrutiny of an evaluator, the skilled operator will demonstrate their ability to operate a lift truck in a safe and efficient manner through a series of driving and operating exercises. Practical assessments take approximately 20-30 minutes.

Skilled operators may complete certification on multiple pieces of equipment in the same day through our Powered Mobile Equipment Program.
